Through artistic and educational activities, Oregon Cultural Access (ORCA) challenges society?s current understanding of disability. By offering a central resource for artists, projects, programs and organizations involved in the arts and/or disabilities, we create beneficial alliances, partnerships and support for people dealing with this challenge.
ORCA, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, currently provides administrative support for five programs: Disability Arts & Cultural Access, Disabled Artists, In A Different Light, Scrappbox Quilts and Thought Auction.

By forming alliances with other programs, we?re providing opportunities for people of all ages and forms of disability to take part in creative opportunities and supportive cultural experiences they wouldn?t otherwise have access to.
